Hi Philip

I said I would email you regarding the idea I mentioned. Basically I wondered if we could contact the various museums and car collections with Alvis cars pointing out that 2020 is the centenary and asking them if they wanted to make a feature of their Alvises. We may - or may not - be able to help them with information - or, indeed, they may be able to give us information!

An additional thought: perhaps the various sections where the collections/museums are situated might also think about organising an event/drive to the museum to commemorate the centenary - perhaps on drive-it day, or hold a section day at the collection/museum. It would be up to the section really.

The Archive Trust trustees are meeting next week to discuss what we can do including roving Centenary exhibitions at Brooklands, Gaydon, CTM and other museums in Europe. We will need to start fundraising for this as the expenses will be substantial.
